is there any Keyboard layout switcher in gnome
 

I have started using linux for quiet a time.
Now i am having a problem with keyboard layouts i need to change the keyboard layout from prefences every time when i need to use the other language keyboard.

What i need is to make launcher on a panel that will change the keyboard layout whenever i click on it. Is there anything already available or how can i make it myself?
