is there any diary writter like this?

The desired software should be of the following fether:
1, I have to write something at sometime every day.
2, I wanna locate the wanted records very easily, and modify them if I wanted.
3, when I list them all(or some of them), A short summary is prefered.

currently I'm using SLES 10.0, and the default diary writter is from kontact. It seems that kontact only is support the first fether listed above; any other good diary-writters?

Is that something like the one you have in Windos Vista? There is an extension for superkaramba that does that kind of things. I don't know exactly its name but you could find it in some of the repositories you have.

what about a wiki?

maybe you should try TiddlyWiki. I have been using it fairly often. I assume because you HAVE to write something every day, that is it for someone else to read. TiddlyWiki is VERY easy to publish to the web if your journal is meant to be read by others, because it is a single html and java script file.
