Is there a way to automatically monitor the e-mails from Logwatch, rkhunter, etc.

I have 5 machines through a xen bank, 3 laptops, and 3 desktops which I need to monitor.

Things like Logwatch and rkhunter are good. But I would rather only know about potential problems. (ie disk space below 1G, or viruses, selinux errors etc)

Is there any software out there to monitor these various daily e-mails for key metric to be watched?

Just wanted it know if anyone knew of anything before I designed something.
