Is there a video recorder that records videos in a flash player window?

Greetings,
Is there a program of some kind available for Linux that records videos playing directly in a flash player that is playing videos in a web-browser window? (In my case, it is the Mozilla Firefox web-browser.).

Thank you

Are you trying to just get the video? You might want to look at tools like youtube-dl.

Otherwise, you should be able to use almost any screen recorder- just set it to record that particular part of your screen.

The video I'm trying to capture isn't a YouTube video. I already know how to do that.
It's just a standard flash player imbedded inside of Mozilla Firefox web-browser that opens up and plays when I click on a link on a website that plays a streaming video signal.
