is there a software for usb mp3 sticks

i have an usb mp3 stick and often listen to big files. Its hardly to navigate in them. I know ther is a console tool called mp3splt to do splitting. But im looking for a more comfortable way(gui). Additionally my stick only shows the title tag on the lcd. So I'd need a tool to put the artist into the title tag. A all-in-one(TM) solution would be nice.
Please tell me if it exists otherwise ill implement it using QT and maybe kdelib.

Make feature suggestions!!!

as it seems i have to code it myself. But if i do so, it should be useful for all.

Current Concept:

1. Main Dialog: set default split thereshold and size(full(?) GUI to mp3splt), set retagging(taglib?)

2. Kontext Menu Handler: "send to mp3Stick"

If you need/like any features for your your mp3 stick or music at general please tell me.
Participators are always welcome.
