Is there a proxy which can be managed thru an API ?
 

I have been given a task to create a socks proxy (forward). I was looking to try out Dante.

Another consideration for my organization is to manage ACLs on the proxy using some API. By far, I haven't come across a proxy which can be controlled/managed by API.

Are you guys aware of any?
