is there a program that can enhance color in video files
 

i have some video files that were ripped from a vhs tape the color value is very poor and it's pixelated a bit i want to smooth that out so the videos can be in better quality. can avidemux do that if so how but if not then is there a program that can do what i'm asking for

not sure you can fix the pixelated part unless you make them smaller

well the pixelation part was show to me in virtualdub but for some reason it won't open the video files
