For voice and WebCam support for yahoo messenger you can try gyach :
1. Download http://www.politicalcrossfire.com/te...nstall.tar.bz2 , and save it to your home directory (important!).

2. Run these commands in the terminal, in sequential order:
Code:

tar -xjf gyach-install.tar.bz2
cd gyach
sudo ./install

gaim-vv is another choice

Skype works well under Ubuntu, so it should work in Redhat as well...

You could try Kopete, which is a decent client, with most features working and an active developing team.
I've used it in the past and I think it's the best solution for multi-protocol clients with such features. Gyach/GyachE seems to be a bit unstable and quite buggy.
