Is there a iotop which reports top file io?

So we have "top" for seeing top CPU and memory, and iotop for top process doing io. Is there a similar command so I can see the top files access during io operations?

You can certainly do that for the block devices, with the iostat command. I'm not sure if it's possible to break it by files though.
