Is there a good DBMS client tool for Linux?

For example, SQL Server Management Studio is excellent as are the Quest Toad products. Is there a "linux equivalent" to SSMS or a Toad-like product that does not require a huge license fee? I nearly always works on SQL Server 2005 SP2 but occasionally work with Oracle 10g. This is for work so the product choosen would need to be productive in the truest sense, but I would really like to find a nice tool for Linux so I do not have to use Vista.
