Is there a better remote desktop client?

The rdesktop kind of sucks compared to Windows Remote Desktop client. When I connect to my XP machine, not only it shows me a tiny scree, it also lacks a LOT of functionalities Windows Remote Desktop has.

Is there a better one?

you need to adjust the arguments to the rdesktop command when you connect if you want to adjust the display size and color settings. you can also add the user/password combo to the command for winXP and it will autolog you in IIRC.

the only functionality you lose is the file sharing and that is due to the fact MS paid Citrix for that code.

rdesktop is great if you use it properly.

if you want a GUI vs there are a few out there, but they depend on your distro and desktop GUI. meaning most distros have their over flavor of a GUI rdesktop as do KDE, Gnome, etc...
