Is the umatrix Firefox add-on a good idea?
 

It's a 'point and click matrix-based firewall.' But do I need it? (I'm really not a computer guy. I just want to do what I can to keep the computer safe.) Thanks.

a firewall is probably a good idea, but "point-and-click" sounds like useless overhead.

If you are not a computer guy I do not really suggest you. But you can still try it if you want.
