is it possible to control my phone blueetooth through internet through linux


i would like to control my cell phone bluetooth output through the internet of the computer and the phone browser.actually i want to control the output of the phone bluetooth through linux browser and my cell browser.
is it possible to do this.
my main aim is to control sitting on my laptop in a room and control my phone bluetooth output in some other far place through the internet by controlling the phonr bluetooth by linking the computer browser and the cellular browser
