Is it posible to run gui applications within a chroot on a uclibc based system?

Im running a Gentoo uclibc system, but I would like to run applications from my usual Fedora installation using the chroot.
I dont know if it is posible since Fedora has glibc and Gentoo uclibc.
It just think my question is kinda weird...
