Is a Truecrypt volume limited by filesize limits?

I'm thinking about using Truecrypt and storing the volumes within a FAT32 filesystem, which means the file size has a 2GB upper bound. Suppose I want to create a 10GB volume. Will Truecrypt then aggregate 5 files 2GB in size? If not, is there a similar tool that will do this for me?
