As root,

Code:
iptables -L

iptables -L > somefile.txt <---to pipe them to a file and review them at your leisure.

Probably because you think gufw is an iptables gui?
iptables-save > /some/file.ext
and use fwbuilder File Menu > Import Firewall > browse... /some/file.ext

You ask some strange questions.
