ipsec debug

Hi, I'm trying to get openswan up and running a VPN and I'm at the step where I have to edit etc/ipsec.secrets to configure a password...but the default file does not exist and I had no idea what to do about it..so to get to the point I ran "ipsec verify" to debug ipsec....I am extremely new to linux...very much a complete fish out of water...here is the output...any feedback much appreciated.

[root@localhost ~]# ipsec verify
