ipac-ng 1.25 and PostgreSQL 7.3.1

Hi guys ...

Anyone got this combo working successfuly?
I just can't get bl**dy fetchipac to connect to
the database, even though I can log into psql
using user ipac (root, postgres,...) and the
appropriate password manually...

It comes back with

Code:

Connection to database 'ipac' failed.
could not connect to server: Connection refused
Is the server running on host localhost and accepting
TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
fetchipac: error while opening access database
cant operate while database access is absent

Hi,

i just ran into the same problem.
Did you fix it ?

I use ipac-1.27 and PostgreSQL 7.3.2

i wish to pass(sent) some data from my script to Capnel (is like create email automatically) the problem i face is dun know how to pass the username and password to the Cpanel.

My script is below
