Internet Sharing
 
Hi there,

I am running Suse, how would i go about sharing the net. I have 2 network cards, one for net and one for lan.

A router would be a great investment for sharing the internet. ;) Either way, you're going to need one as far as I know so....

but to actually give you a *useful* answer, you mean you want to use the linux box as the router / gateway? in that case you will need to lok at NAT and IP Masquarading at http://tldp.org most ifrewall programs will be able to enable this for you without any problems though (e.g. firestarter) so don't panic if you just find details about manually writing 500 line iptables scripts, as you won't need to - unless you want to of course...
