xmms plays some formats, and i use Real Player(only good for audio streams) too.
I donīt know if it will work on those sites, but give it a try. I download the file to my home directory first and then i open it with xmms. :) |
open the configuration dialog of xmms and choose the mp3 plugin-preferences. streaming - here are the relevant options.
have a look for music ex. www.shoutcast.com open with xmms. sl mritch. |
There is cool program for searching streaming radio: http://kderadiostation.coolprojects.org/
It downloads the radio playlists and can play it with XMMS |

There's also streamtuner - a GTK interface for shoutcast and other directories of audio streams. It plays well with xmms.
