Internet Content Filter or proxy/firewall

I am looking for a filter for a Mac and a Debian box. The filter needs to filter out pornography. We current have BSafe installed on the XP boxes and have been happy with it.

The Mac/Linux filter needs to:
Be password protected to prevent bypassing or uninstalling
Be able to have sites whitelisted
Be able to have sites blacklisted
Be "self managed" meaning that I don't want to have to update a list of blocked sites/etc.

I am willing to purchase commercial software for this.

If also occurs to me that I may want to buy some proxy/firewall solution. We currently have 4 computers on the network:
2 XP machines
1 Debian
1 Mac

Any suggestions on either on these approaches?

i would personally suggest an ipcop firewall with the dansguardian plugin for it, should do you fine as well as providing a more secure network over all. if you want something more streamlined, i *think* astaro does this very well too for a small commercial fee.

Thanks for the reply. That catch is that I am currently using the linux machine as a backup server. I am using BackupPC for this. IPCop will format my hard drive and create a dedicated box as a firewall.

Thanks for the suggestion. Is there any software tha can be installed that does not require a dedicated linux box?

well you can manually install dansguardian on any linux server.
