Internet Call Notification/hold in Linux

Hi, I have a USR 5610B modem with a V.92 provider. Is there a way to take advantage of any of the the V.92 features with Linux? Thanks!

Yeah... read your modem's manual and manually type in the dial prefix that allows v.92 protocal and call on hold. But as for something to notify you, that's, a lot more tricky. Not sure how you'd know someone's calling unless the phone rings.
