Interfacing a Windows program into a Linux system

I've posted before taht I would love this program to be available under Linux:

, but until that happens, I was wondering whether there was a way to run it *under* Linux with Wine? (and have it take the *linux* apache)?

Any real hackers want to have a go and post a nice step by step tutorial?

Install it using Wine then. I don't think it has anything to do with apache though, that's the underlying technology driving the web server. As long as apache supports PHP, it should work no matter.
