Intel YC76 Web Cam

Does anyone know how to configure an Intel YC76 webcam into a Sony Vaio running Redhat 9. Also, what is a good linux app to verify that it's working?

Thanks,

The best way is to install video4Linux

http://www.exploits.org/v4l/

and xawtv

http://bytesex.org/xawtv/

Both of these probably came with redhat 9. Connect your cam. Give it a couple of seconds and then type

xawtv -c /dev/v4l/video0

You might have to try other numbers, like '-c /dev/v4l/video1' etc. This should get it going.
