How to download the intel c++ compiler V12.1 ?

Is it a free software ?

I don't find any link to download it.

I searching a ICC (best version 12.1), becouse with nevest version i cannot build a one program, is someone here who can send it to me?

Try following the directions in the link above, if you have the qualifications for free use. And as you noted, please try not to post in old threads.
