can any buddy explain the procedure of installing oracle on linux

Mount the CD and run the runInstaller exe

$ ./runInstaller

The readme will have enough information on how to go about with the
installation.

If you face any installation issues ,come back an post with the issues you get.

Before starting take a look here because you have to configure your OS in order to install oracle.
