Installing Ximian Evolution in SUSE

I have downloaded the newest version of Ximian Evolution on SUSE 9.0. I am running KDE and I can't get it running. When I try starting it the window flashes in my toolbar but nothing happens. Can I not run this on KDE or is there something special I have to do.

try to start it in a terminal, and look at the error messages

My guess is that you do not have Mozilla installed. If you run evolution at the command line, it will bawk at a file libplc4.so or something - a little googling brings us to ensuring that Mozilla is installed.

I installed Mozilla from YaST and all is well in Evolution land!
