Knoppix is Debian-based. So any Debian packages should work on Knoppix-- but the Wine project page on does not host Debian packages. However the main download links page at WineHQ does link to the most recent Debian package currently in Debian unstable. This package is one revision behind the current release (20040121 rather than 20040213), but otherwise you'd have to compile it yourself, or search for an unofficial repository that has it somewhere.

Hope this helps.
