installing WINE

I don't remember installing WINE.. maybe I did I dunno (; but when I double clicked the .rpm it said it was already installed. So, attempting to run it, I typed <sh wine> in the command line and I got the msg "cannot execute binary file" And when I typed <wine> in I got "segmentation error" Any suggestions?

You may want to try doing a tarball installation. IF you are using redhat, you <u>may</u> need to use the configuration option to enable the Native Posix Library in there ( should be in the readme )
