Installing SuSE 7.2 from FTP

I want to do a ftp-install of SuSE 7.2 but the module for my networkcard is not on the modules disks.
I've got a Netgear fa311 card and need the module natsemi.o to get the card working.
Can I make a own modules disk with the module? How?
