Installing Opera on Slackware 10

I just switched from FC2 to slackware because FC2 simply stopped working, at boot the last
thing you see is "Red Hat Nash Version 2.bla.bla booting" and then it freezes.
Anyway there are ALOT of missing libs with slackware, when i tried installing Opera it returned:

bash-2.05b# ls
opera-7.54-20040803.1-static-qt.i386-en.rpm
bash-2.05b# rpm -ivh o*
error: Failed dependencies:

bash-2.05b#

Isn't there a easy way to install all these libs? Like "yum install opera"? (ive tried installing
yum but it also needed alot of libs :/ . All those damn dependencies is the biggest problem
with linux software). Also i downloaded XFCE 4.2 RC1, installed it with pkgtool and changed
the default WM to XFCE but i still get the old (and ugly) xfce.

Convert the rpm to a tgz file as like so,

rpm2tgz opera*.rpm

the install the resulting package like so,

installpkg opera*tgz
