Assuming that you are set up for dual-boot (eg grub or lilo in the mbr on the first disk):
Put your bootloader on a floppy.
Install Windows
Put bootloader back where it was---or leave it on the floppy.
Reason: Windows install takes over the mbr--no choice.
For more details, supply the output of fdisk -l (run this as root)
If you are NOT setup as in first sentence, then describe your configuration.
