Installing Mandrake Linux 9.2 from a VPN

I just need to know if I can install Mandrake Linux 9.2 from a VPN which is where I have the installer. Unfortunatelly the only Linux I have on CD is Red Hat 6.0 but I don't think I will be able to do much with it I as I know nothing about Linux and as far as I know Red Hat is command control but Mandrake graphicalli controlled and I think I might have a better chance using Mandrake
