Installing latest Mozilla in Debian thru apt-get
Greetings,
Running Knoppix 3.3 (debian testing-unstable)
I'm trying to download and install the latest Mozilla package from the Debian servers using 'apt-get'. The issue is that it keeps trying to install the following packages:
**
The following extra packages will be installed:
libc6 libc6-dev libnspr4 libnss3 linux-kernel-headers locales
mozilla-browser mozilla-locale-es-es mozilla-mailnews mozilla-psm
mozilla-xft
Suggested packages:
mozilla-chatzilla xprt-xprintorg
The following NEW packages will be installed:
linux-kernel-headers
The following packages will be updated:
libc6 libc6-dev libnspr4 libnss3 locales mozilla mozilla-browser
mozilla-locale-es-es mozilla-mailnews mozilla-psm mozilla-xft
**
It seems to me that it's not good to install that lot of new things, so I'm asking for advice. Should I say yes and install all those packages or download source and compile??
Thank you very much,
Jose.
