I think (s)he was talking about 10 Final, which should include 2.6.4 (don't quote me on that) and KDE 3.2.1

It is probably worth waiting the extra month to get the already working version... save you alot of time compiling, configuring, making, and it not working.

This is what I did.

edit the ".bash_profile" file and put those kde enteries from above.
save it and reboot.

The first screen that comes up should be the kde personalizer menu.
