Hi

When i run the makefile I get this error:

This happend after I copied /boot/config-2.4.22-1.2115.nptl to /usr/src/linux-2.4.22-1.2115.nptl/.config and changed this line in Makefile:
KERNEL_PATH=/usr/src/linux-2.4.22-1.2115.nptl

Is that correct?

What can I do? Help!!

Hey.

I've been having problems getting this driver to work on
Fedora Core 1, 2.4.22, for two weeks...I've tried every
version of Hostap..I've moved files as prescribed...
patched the kernel and pcmcia-cs files...changed the
makefile (usr/src/linux-2.4 and the cc=gcc lines) ---
nothing works...

when I do make install, I get a laundry list of ess/hostap_ioctl.c is not an ELF file
complaints, and then, when it stops, I get a

make: *** [install_pccard] Error 1

this is the worst....

Did you ever get this to work? I tried the posted 0.1.2 solution...it
does not work...

Any help would be mucho appreciated....I've never seen
anything like this...I even got the wlan_ng and the Madwifi drivers
to work...they sucked...this is even worse!!!!
