Installing Gnome via garnome unmet library requirement

Where is the requested library? mozilla-gtkmozembed is not any where on my system. I cannto locate it on the internet either. I could use a little help with this.

checking for mozilla-gtkmozembed... Package mozilla-gtkmozembed was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `mozilla-gtkmozembed.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'mozilla-gtkmozembed' found

configure: error: Library requirements (mozilla-gtkmozembed) not met; consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if your libraries are in a nonstandard prefix so pkg-config can find them.
make[1]: *** [configure-work/main.d/epiphany-1.2.0/configure] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/garnome-2.5.92/desktop/epiphany'
make: *** [paranoid-install] Error 2
