installing from OTHER pc


i have two pcs:

A] 486-66mhz/16mb ram/LAN CARD/NO CDROM/no OS

B] p233mmx/64mb ram/LAN CARD/WITH CDROM/win2kpro

how do i install linux to 486 pc using lan card and cross over cable to access the cd rom on p233mmx pc? i know it is possible to install on networks, but will this qualify as one? no, i don't want to open up p233.

thanks in advance.

A network install should work fine, you just need to make the correct boot floppy.
