Possibly by installing your kernel source files from your package manager. SuSE uses Yast or something. If you can, search the repository for keyword "kernel" and find source files that match your kernel version (in terminal you can time uname -r to find out).
Another possibility, that I think may be, is that SuSE puts the source in a different directory that is usual or your program checks the wrong directory.
