installing crossover help

I was wondering if someone could give me a little help/direction with installing Crossover from codeweavers. I just installed SuSE 9.3 a few days ago and am very new. Linux is a *bit* different from XP! :>) Anyway, I have the .rpm file on my desktop and can't seem to get it installed. I'm following all directions from the site as best as I can at this point in time but not much success. The directions say:

Log in as the user who will be using CrossOver and run the install script.
$ sh install-crossover-standard-4.1.sh

I go into the Konsole and type the above and nothing happens. I few questions: I'm assuming that everything after 'install-' should be the file itself, yes? The name of the file that i downloaded is:

crossover-standard-4.2-1.i386.rpm

which is located on the desktop. How do I create a path to the file with the correct syntax within Konsole and get it to run as advertised?

Thanks for your help,
Mark
