Post installing chroot to Nethunter opens Android CLI instead of Kali CLI

So I have a rooted Android VMOS install and I am attempting to run Nethunter, but when I attempt to install the full or minimal Chroot, it does its thing, makes me choose metapackages, but when I click install/upgrade, it opens the Android CLI and returns "apt: not found". I also note, in the Nethunter install logs, it says no existing kalifs folder found
Also, the screenshot is after installing kalifs like 20 times, and the log EVEN SAYS INSTALLED, WTF
