installing anjuta

I want to install anjuta IDE to my computer at home. But I dont have an Internet connection at my home. So can I still install Anjuta to my computer by downloading all the dependencies it needs and installing them? How can I download all of them? can I use apt-get? I'm going to download these files from a computer in my university and I am going to use Ubuntu 8.04 to download these files.

Download the packages (you don't say what you're going to install them on, but hint at Ubuntu), so they're probably .deb files. Install them with the package installer of your choice.
