Unhappy Installing 7.1




I have installed RH 6 but was forced because I could not install 7.1

I keep getting the error

exec: No such file or directory
install exited abnormally

This is with two different copies of it

Please help

Is it giving you this error on 7.1 or 6.0? Also when is it giving you this error?

it is doing it everytime I try to install RH 7.1

<alt>+<f3>
says it is looking for USB mouse (which I do not have)

when i installed it, it looked for a USB mouse but then brought up a menu to where i could select the one i really had, does it not do that for u?

thats weird...hmm..you have a second mouse you could try using temporarily that it might detect as a non usb mouse so you could then switch the 2 later on?

not being funny here but you do specify a ps2 or serial mouse in install dont you?

didn't even get a choice, all that happens from booting up the disk is what is stated above

GHowever I have installed using iso images on a linux partition I installed using RH 6.
