More specific info required to be able to point you in the right direction.

What distro? How did you install the software?

Used install commands

Sudo apt install Dolphin-emu

It worked

Vulcan wasnt even on there so i loaded: sudo apt-get install dolphin-emu master

Now neither is accesable via command line, or dash and appgrid says nothing to install.

Used sudo apt-get --purge remove dolphin-emu-data-master

Same result. Neither usable and un/re installable

Ubuntu 16.04 is my distro.

Two things I can think of, try
Code:
install --fix-broken
or try running it from the command line, which will often let you know what it is missing.

Edited: Somehow I managed to insert a gap where it shouldn't have been, sorry.

Tuens out i had the package installer set to gdebi. Swapping it, and that command you suggested of deleting seams to have fixed it. Thanks
