installation problem oracle 9i
Hi every one!
I'm trying to install oracle 9i on linux.after every config.when I try to [./runInstaller] this message is displayed.
" unable to load native library /tmp/OraInstaller/jre/libi386/libjava"
plz help.

Read the installation instructions that came with your Oracle software. If you still have problems, contact Oracle.
You also don't say what version/distro of Linux you're using, or what you've done so far...

My Os is ---- GNU/LINUX 5.2.1
Kernel release is-- 2.6.9-78.0.0.0.1 ELhugemen
Processor -- i686
I have read all the installation instructions and can'nt see any solution to this problem.

Hi,
take al look at http://www.puschitz.com.
Check if you really have write access to /tmp.
Please use an supported distribution (RHEL,SuSE, Fedora/CentOs/Debian will work, other i don't know).
