Is windows already installed?

If so, just install Fedora. In the installation, it will let you partition the new drive - make sure that you create at least two partitions. 1 swap, which should be a maximum of 2x your RAM (depending on how much RAM you have) and 1 for /. You may like to create a separate /home, since this makes it easier if you want to reinstall or change distros.

Fedora should detect the existing Windows, and install a boot loader to the MBR of the 1st disk. This will let you choose between Linux and Windows when you boot your machine.

Also, check the SHA1SUM of each disk (I think Fedora will allow you to verify each disk before installation starts)

I hope this helps
