installation on ns2 on windows
 

i am trying to install NS2 on windows xp using cygwin.i have installed it but the problem is perhaps with the setting the path.i have set all the paths are given in tutorial,

but when i run ns command it donot run(gives the error that command not found?) ..what to do ...
plzz tell me how to open bashrc file ..plz tell me corret way of setting path...
