Installation of TOR Browser

Downloaded the Tor Browser and signature package but not installed yet. Using the Command Line I imported the Developer's signing key. The issue I have is importing the key to a file at the path ./tor .keyring using this command with the error message,,,

$ gpg --output ./tor .keyring --export 0xEF6E286DDA85EA2A4BA7DE684E2C6E8793298290
gpg: Note: '--export' is not considered an option
gpg: WARNING: no command supplied. Trying to guess what you mean ...
usage: gpg [options] [filename]

Don't understand why --export is not considered an option.

Can anyone provide an explanation?

Thank you

Update- reason why "--export" was not considered an option is due to not putting a double space after the word "export". I had given it a single space.
