Download link for what? Oracle or Linux? It runs on RedHat Enterprise, SuSE enterprise, and pretty much any other flavor of Linux you can pick. However, Oracle will provide support for SUPPORTED configurations. Anything else will go unanswered.
The best solution is for you to contact Oracle. They have a list of supported OS and hardware configurations, and also have step-by-step installation guides for any version they have.
