Installation of OpenOffice 2.3.0 on CentOS.
 

Hi Friends,

I am using CentOS 5.0,

I have downloaded the file

OOo_2.3.0_LinuxIntel_install_wJRE_en-US.tar.gz

(openoffice 2.3.0 for Linux) from the OpenOffice website.

Now i want to upgrade from OpenOffice 2.0 (which comes by the OS) to OpenOffice 2.3.0.

So Please Help me to do this..


Also i would like to upgrade Mozilla Firefox to its latest version.

Please Help me do that.

PS: Kindly give me correct procedure to install these softwares, because last time, some wrong information was given to me in another forum, so i ended up deleting both and since i didn't no how to proceed, i installed new OS.
